For the love of Donuts

I miss donuts terribly! Everytime I see a Donut King all I can think about it the doughy goodness.....Memories

However we dont have to miss out entirely. The fantastic Nigella Lawson has a recipe that can almost fill that void... and I mean almost..... nothing can beat the real thing.

Just substitute spelt bread, or those of us lucky enough to be able to eat a smigen of wholemeal in a week, for white bread and presto!

I could have cut and paste but it just wouldnt feel right when Nigella has been kind enough to pop it up for us!
